William and Mary Pardy ------------ 12/27/2005 New Jersey 08722 Michael and Sherrie Bennett  really are TEAM BENNETT. While spending Christmas with our daughter’s family in Spring Hill, and having limited time to search for a retirement home we took a chance and gave Team Bennett a call. On a holiday weekend, when most people are with their families, we took a chance to call. We explained to Michael that we only had two days left before we had to return to our home in New Jersey and asked Michael what we could do in such a short timeframe. He stepped up to the plate on a day when most Real Estate agencies and model home were closed and locked. Michael met us in the afternoon at their office. By the time we got there, he was prepared to answer all of our questions and concerns. He had selected many available properties in the area for us to look at. He moved his busy schedule to accommodate us the next day to take us to look at these properties. Using modern technology, he was able to show us on the computer these properties and their surrounding areas, before we even left the office. We had the evening to review and prepare for the next day. My wife and I discussed different builders in the area and wanted to get a look at the new model homes in the Spring Hill area. When we arrived at the office we were informed that the builders of the new homes we wanted to look at were closed. As soon as Sherrie heard this she stepped up to the plate and immediately hit a “Home Run”. She made some calls to her connections and got them to open the models for our inspection. At the same time Michael had contacted his many financial institutions and set up appointments for us to meet with them for the best rate we could get if we made our decision. So much done in such a short period of time. Michael took us around to view the properties, helped us with all the information we needed to know of the area and the process. We, together selected the property, then went to the builder and decided on our dream retirement home. I do not know how we could of accomplished everything we did in a day and a half on such short notice over a holiday weekend with out the professionals of TEAM BENNETT. We also have another property that we want to sell, and we only want and highly recommend to all that the place to go in Spring Hill is to Team Bennett.
